Tuesday:  Isherwood @ 6:00am (Coyote Hills Run Club event)

Wednesday: This Wednesday please check Facebook to see if there is an organized run.
 
Thursday: Isherwood @ 6:00am(Coyote Hills Run Club event)
 
Saturday run 4th Saturday of the month : (Alameda Creek Stables 8:00 AM) We meet at the Stables parking lot, Union City Blvd. at Lowry Rd., north side of creek.
 
Sunday: Isherwood @ 8:00am
We meet in the parking lot on Isherwood Way, off Paseo Padre (from Hwy 880 take the Decoto exist east. Once on Decoto, turn right (going south) on Paseo Padre Pkwy. Turn left at the first light (Isherwood). First right into the parking lot, after you cross the bridge/creek.
 
NEWS and NOTES                                        
 
Next Saturday run (1st Sat of the month = Coyote hills @ 8 am ):We meet at Don Edwards SF wild life refuge parking lot (old Dumbarton toll plaza, Take Thornton Ave. in Newark to Marshlands Rd. Take a right on  Marshlands and drive to the top of the hill.
 
World Records:
 
Yared Nuguse lowered the indoor mile record to 3:46:63. Just days later Jakob Ingebrigtsen reset the record to 3:45:14.
 
Grant Fisher became the first person to run 5000 meters indoors under 12:45. Establishing a new world record of 12:44:09.
 
Jacob Kiplimo lowered the ½ marathon world record by more than forty seconds. Running 56:42 in Spain last weekend. He is also entered in the London Marathon. His half time extrapolates to a sub 1:57 marathon.

JR Mintz  2:49:58 (9:53 per mile)  40^th overall  1st  in age for team
